Mr. Nolen has been with Xybernaut since 2000, currently serving as CEO of Xybernaut Corporation. Mr. Nolen reorganized the company in 2006, Mr. Nolen’s responsibilities include full P&L accountability and refocusing on our target growth areas in Mobile Solutions and Program / Project Management. Prior to Xybernaut, Mr. Nolen served as Vice President of North American Operations for Artemis Management Systems. Mr. Nolen was educated at the University of Houston in Business Management.

Mr. Maddox has been with Xybernaut since 2000, is currently serving as President of Xybernaut Corporation. Mr. Maddox joined the company as part of the acquisition of Selfware Inc., where he was senior staff member since 1989. Mr. Maddox is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the companies and is focused on the company's continued growth and overall success. Mr. Maddox completed both his MBA and BS undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech and has an AS degree in Engineering.

Ms. Hogan has been with Xybernaut since 2000, is currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Xybernaut Corporation. Ms. Hogan joined the company as part of the acquisition of Selfware Inc., where she was senior staff member since 1986. Ms. Hogan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate finance and administration.
